- 32 peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 1/3 cup spicy barbecue sauce
- 2 slices applewood-smoked bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
- 1 1/2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- Cooking spray
- Preheat grill
- Thread shrimp onto 4 (12 inch) metal skewers.
- Combine barbecue sauce, bacon, and marmalade; brush evenly over shrimp, using all sauce. Arrange skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Grilled Avocado with Lime-Cilantro Cream
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes

- 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and halved
- olive oil-flavored cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Preheat grill.
- Coat both sides of avocado with cooking spray sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper. Place avocado flat side down on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 1-2 minutes each side until lightly charred.
- Combine sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Slice each avocado half in half; drizzle with sour cream mixture.
Serving Size: 1/2 avocado
